We've got A's for your Q's

What is the purpose of this event, and who is it designed for?

This transformative event is designed for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color (BIWOC) leaders at different stages of their journey. Whether you're an empowered leader feeling the effects of exhaustion and burnout, or an exhausted leader seeking healing to reconnect with your inner power, this masterclass will provide you with the tools and strategies needed to prevent burnout, rediscover your purpose, and amplify your impact.

How do I know it's for me?

If you're an empowered BIWOC leader who wants to sustain your impact without sacrificing your well-being, this masterclass is for you. You'll learn how to prevent burnout, process your experiences, and inspire others through your story.

If you're an exhausted BIWOC leader seeking healing, this program will help you rediscover your strength, resilience, and sense of purpose by guiding you through the transformative power of radical storytelling.

By connecting with other BIWOC who have faced similar challenges, you can build a strong sense of community, find validation in your experiences, and rediscover your authentic self. Through storytelling, you can reclaim your narrative, celebrate your unique identity, and foster a new sense of belonging.

What is radical storytelling, and how can it help BIWOC process their experiences and heal from racialized traumas?

Radical storytelling is a powerful tool that enables BIWOC leaders to process their experiences, heal from racialized traumas, and reclaim their narratives, by challenge dominant narratives, and reclaiming their divine identity and self- worth.

For empowered leaders, storytelling can help prevent burnout, foster connection, and inspire others to join their cause. For those seeking healing, radical storytelling offers a therapeutic and transformative pathway to rediscover their inner strength and resilience.

Radical storytelling is a powerful tool that empowers BIWOC to share their unique experiences,  By engaging in embodied, intergenerational, creative, and digital storytelling techniques, participants can process their traumas, connect with others, and tap into their inner strength and resilience.

What types of storytelling techniques will be explored during the workshop series?

During the 5-day workshop series, we will explore a range of storytelling techniques that support healing, resilience, connection, and impact for BIWOC leaders at different stages of their journey.

These include:

Embodied storytelling (using movement and physical expression)

Intergenerational storytelling (sharing stories across generations)

Creative storytelling (using art, writing, and other creative mediums)

Digital storytelling (using technology and multimedia to share stories)

How can I prepare for the workshop series, and what should I bring?

To prepare for the workshop series, we encourage empowered leaders, who've experience burnout, recovering from burnout, or avoiding burnout,  to reflect on their journey and the stories they want to share to inspire others.

For those seeking healing, we suggest focusing on the experiences you want to process and the strengths you want to rediscover.

Bring an open mind, a willingness to share and listen, and any creative tools you'd like to use (such as a journal, art supplies, or a digital device). Most importantly, bring your authentic self and a readiness to connect with others in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

What if I can't make a session?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for busy BIWOC leaders. That's why we've designed the 'Rewriting the Narrative' masterclass with flexibility in mind. Each session will be offered once daily, and all sessions will be recorded and made available for later review to those who have registered for the event. Our resource

Rest assured that each session will build upon the previous one, creating a cohesive learning experience that guides you through the transformative process of radical storytelling. If you miss a live session, you can catch up on the content at a time that works best for you by watching the recordings.

We're committed to ensuring that every participant has the support and resources they need to fully embrace the power of their story and create lasting change. Don't hesitate to book a connection call before and after the training to capitalize on the pre- and post-insights of the storytelling roadmap.

Not sure you can share your story? I've been there too...

I remember when I first started to believe that my story as a BIWOC leader might have the power to inspire and create change. I had just resigned from my dream job due to a series of toxic work experiences, feeling defeated and demoralized. That same week, I was asked to lead a workshop on transformative leadership, and a participant approached me afterwards.

She was a brilliant, passionate woman who had so much wisdom to share, but I could see how deeply she struggled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Whether she was an exhausted powerhouse or a healing seeker, her story was waiting to be told.

"I could never share my story like you do," she confided in me. "I'm not brave enough, and I don't think anyone would want to hear it anyway." I looked her in the eyes and said: "I used to believe that too. But your story matters, and you're stronger than you know."

We began meeting regularly, diving deep into the same embodied storytelling practices, intergenerational wisdom-sharing, and creative self-expression techniques that I'll be sharing in this masterclass.

Gradually, she started to unpack the internalized narratives holding her back and nurture her authentic voice. After a few sessions, she started to see glimmers of her own power, and so did I. After a few months, she was ready to share her story with a group for

the first time.

Today, she's a change-maker in her community. If this incredible woman could learn to embrace and share her story, I know you can too.

I've witnessed the transformative impact of radical storytelling firsthand—and I'm so excited to guide you on this journey through the 'Rewriting the Narrative' masterclass.

So... are you in?
